Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment in the gingerbread house, a former factory building in central Sundbyberg. Here you live on the second floor of a magical attic, plenty of space and with a natural gathering point in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet street but the pulse is around the corner with grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. There are also nearby lakes for pleasant walks and it is less than 100 meters to the subway / commuter train / crossroad / buses.

Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

With the Metro station just around the corner you will have easy and fast access to the city centre. The open green spaces of Ladugårdsgärdet are just outside your door. From there, you can wander over to Djurgården and explore some of the city’s most beloved museums.
