Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Skapa nya minnen i detta unika , lyxiga och familjevänliga boende. Vårt hem längtar efter en familj som vill njuta av en underbar plats alla säsonger med öppna och sociala ytor. Här bor du med bästa söderläge med sol hela dagen , pool (sommar) och jacuzzi (vinter) , stor gräsmatta på sjötomt med tillgång till brygga, trampolin, båt för fiske, kajaker mm. Avskilt men endast 20 min från Stockholm C dit du enkelt kommer med buss bara några minuter från huset. Närhet till Tyresta naturreservat!

This house is idyllic and family friendly, with four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 people. The house is newly renovated but still has a traditional Swedish summer cottage feeling. It has a over- roofed veranda where you can have breakfast and enoy the summer light in late evenings. A fireplace for warm chilly evenings inside. A lush garden surrounds the house and there is walking distance (2-5min) to several child-friendly bathing spots in the Baltic Sea including a sandy beach.

Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.

We have 3 kids (3, 6, & 8) so there’s everything you need for a family stay. Toys, bikes, trampoline, pizza oven, BBQ, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Kid safe house. Disney+, PS4, piano. Our neighborhood is full of families with kids 0-10yrs old who play outside in the common area together. There is a playground & forest 5min walk away, Sea is 1km walk, kids beach 3km . City is 20min by car, 45 by bus or boat. EV charger ⚡️

Family friendly villa in Stockholm close to nature

Welcome! Our home is a cosy house from the 40's nicely renovated and filled with light. You will enjoy a living area of 175m2 as well as a spacious garden with all facilities to grill and eat outdoor. It is a located in a green and residential area north of Stockholm close to a natural reserve and a lake. The environment is peaceful and you will still be within 15 minutes reach of City center by public transport or car.

Nyrenoverad villa fantastisk sjöutsikt 100 m bad

Välkommen att slappna av i vårt unika och lugna hem. Här njuter du av sjöutsikt både i trädgården och i huset. Med bara 100 meter till närmsta badbrygga är ett svalkande bad, en tur med SUP eller på vintern en skridskotur sjön med ett bad i vår hot tube. En underbar lantlig oas 20 minuter ifrån Stockholm city och 5 min till nordens bästa galleria Täby Centrum-så när stadens puls lockar är även den enkel att ta sig till.

Oasis near the water, close to the city centre in quiet and family friendly neighbourhood. "Small village"-feeling in Bromma, the closest villa suburb to Stockholm. The house is close the water, beaches, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, shops, playgrounds, public transportation and close to the city center: 12 min by tram to nearest subway station where you go downtown in 5-10 min.

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för skoj. Perfekt för barnfamiljer med rutschkana, gungställning, sandlåda, tv-spel och leksaker. Kommunalt till Stockholms C på ca 30 minuter. Restid med bil ca 20 minuter. Flottsbro skidbacke/downhill finns ca 10 minuter bort med bil. Ca 100 m till padelhall, beachvolley och gym.
