Belmont Lake Getaway

8 + acres w/ Fully Private separate entry facing pond & lake ,one bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen pull out couch , TV etc, dining room, full kitchen, and bathroom is wheelchair accessible, host main house above, Summer: kayaks and canoes , fishing, ducks & pond , full gardens. Pizza night is every Saturday . Winter: snow shoes skating, ice fishing ,curling ,lots of winter activities. Relax & escape from it all in this rustic cottage on the Trent River. It is approximately 200 feet from the beautiful waterfront, with two cozy bedrooms, front deck with BBQ & all the amenities you need. With wineries, historical sites, cycling & hiking trails & golf courses within 20 minutes, there's something for everyone to enjoy. *Note: Guests can bring a watercraft to launch from property. **Additional note: the space is private but the owners' home is in front, on the same property

Forest Yurt

Cozy, bright, yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, library, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, no shower or wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Country Cabin -One- by the Trent River

My place is on a dead end street, close to family-friendly activities, small towns, fishing, horseback riding and swimming . It is rural and quiet. The cabin is spacious, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bedroom 1: queen with a single on top. Bedroom 2: double with a single on top. Living-room has a sofa bed in. *Please note our "NO PETS" policy. There are two cabins on the property.

Riverfront Lodging No cleaning fee !

A place to relax in winter in front of the gas stove with a beautiful view of the Otonabee River. In summer enjoy a swim or a paddle on on the river with one of our two kayaks. The kayaks are available between May 1st & October 1st as long as the river conditions are acceptable. Enjoy supper prepared using the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. A park like setting but only 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in downtown Peterborough.

The cabin is perfect for singles and couples, artists, and those seeking to refresh.
