The Cabin

The cabin is a perfect cosy romantic get away for two. Underfloor heating keeps the cabin warm from the moment you walk through the door after a long walk on many of the nearby beautiful beaches or coastal walks. Stunning Wells and Holkham are amongst our favourites. It is also perfectly situated for award winning pubs and restaurants nearby. This truly is a place to unwind and take in the surrounding natural beauty. Cabin luxuries are the rainforest shower wet room and the king size comfy bed!

A cosy 1795 flint cottage annex with sweeping rural views, just 3.7 miles from the Norfolk coast. Peaceful, light‑filled and carefully furnished for comfort with a fully equipped kitchen suitable for home cooking and a super‑king bed that can be arranged as twins. Opening out to a private patio (afternoon sun). Close to coastal towns, cafés, pubs, beaches, and farm shops. Ideal for couples or small families, with a cot, child’s bed, and a dog welcome. Plenty of free parking and bike storage.

Sympathetically renovated to a high standard, with a luxurious bathroom, spacious double bedrooms, and contemporary but comfortable living areas. Set in a peaceful location, the property has a lovely garden with a riverside summerhouse and decking, perfect for lazy days, barbecues and evening drinks. Within walking distance of Stiffkey's salt marshes/coastal path, Stiffkey Stores & the popular Red Lion pub.

'Hushwing' is a private, single-storey one-bedroom annexe attached to our family home. Built in 2018 it offers light, spacious accommodation with under floor heating throughout. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for 1 vehicle. Private enclosed garden. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. Breathtaking views, and a private fully enclosed garden - the perfect retreat. Dog friendly. REDUCED RATE WEEKLY BOOKINGS (NON-PEAK TIMES).

The Old Victoria - period coastal cottage Stiffkey

The Old Victoria is a converted brick and flint pub in the charming coastal village of Stiffkey bordering the Stiffkey Freshes salt marsh reserve, sleeps 6-8 Period charm throughout with timber framed ceilings, large open fire living space, separate snug with its own wood burner. Modern amenities include fully equipped kitchen with AGA, Sauna, king bedroom, double bedroom, twin room & kids bunk room, two bathrooms, BBQ, sun deck, garden, enclosed courtyard, dedicated parking for two cars

A birdwatchers' paradise - superb home & location

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Escape to this charming flint cottage in the peaceful village of Stiffkey, just 5 mins from Wells-next-the-Sea. Perfect for couples, the cottage features a stylish open-plan kitchen with dining space, a cosy sitting room with a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The bedroom has a luxurious super king bed. Outside, enjoy a small front garden and private parking (note: shared right of way at the front of property). Adults 21+ only. No children or pets.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

We welcome you to Barn Cottage in the picturesque village of Binham. Barn Cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside ,this property is perfectly situated for those who are hoping to escape all the stresses of daily life & enjoy a relaxing break away, full of country walks scenic bike rides & lovely meals in the quaint village pub only a 5 minute stroll away. Binham is only 2 miles away from the stunning north norfolk coast with many local attractions to visit.

Blenheim Lodge Wells-Next-The-Sea

Blenheim Lodge is a well located newly built cart lodge annex in the centre of Wells. It is easy walking distance to the Quay and high street with all its attractions, shops and amenities. Ideal for couples wanting to enjoy the beach and quay in Wells as well as exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coastline. The stunning parkland of Holkham Hall is close by and Burnham Market with its superb shops and restaurants is only 5 miles away.
