Facing west, it is perfect for those who want to enjoy the view of the mountains, seasonal grain fields and watch the sun go down. There is only a hall between this apartment and the aparment “Im Hoiz”. In case of larger groups or families, we recommend booking both apartments, thus the entire first floor. 60m ² 면적의 아파트에는 더블 침대가 놓인 침실, 대형 옷장, 서랍장이 있습니다. 주방 겸 거실에는 아늑한 좌석 공간, 위성 평면 TV + 라디오, 무료 와이파이, 냉장고가 있는 주방 블록, 스토브, 오븐, 쥐라 커피 머신, 슬라이서, 계란과 주전자 등이 있습니다. 세제는 물론 접시와 행주도 제공됩니다. 이 아파트에는 방충망과 셔터가 구비되어 있습니다! 욕실에는 샤워실, 세면대, 수건 라디에이터가 구비되어 있으며 변기와 분리되어 있습니다. 목욕탕과 핸드타월은 물론 침구도 요금에 포함되어 있습니다. 입구 공간에는 휴대품 보관소가 있는 안방이 있습니다. 특히 여름철에는 수건과 멋진 상자가 담긴 목욕 가방을 무료로 제공해 드리겠습니다. 현관 앞에는 정원 가구, 일광욕 의자, 파라솔이 구비된 멋진 "파노라마" 테라스가 있어 휴식을 취하고 꿈을 꾸실 수 있습니다!

On the top floor, there is a bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. Additionally, there is a kitchen with a dining area and an adjacent living room with a sofa bed, as well as access to the terrace. On the lower level of the house, there is the entrance area, as well as a fitness room and a sauna.
