We are a 5 minute drive to downtown Mayo Clinic, St. Mary's Hospital & many shopping areas. Walking distance to convenience store. We are in an easy access area to get to the many things Rochester has to offer. Inspected & licensed as rental property by the City of Rochester. Smoke free. We allow service animals & 1 small dog under 25 pounds.

Beautiful 1913 4 bedroom 2 bath home with original woodwork just 12 miles (about 15 -20 minutes) from the Mayo Clinic and less than 10 minutes to the airport. The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.
