This luxurious 48 m2 apartment+19m2 balcony is in the center of town, 2 mins from a ski lift, 5 mins from the main street. It features a fully equipped chefs kitchen open onto a spacious living area complete with fireplace and large outdoor terrace. The modern bathroom has both a spa bathtub with jacuzzi and separate shower with rain-head. We are also owners of the FLYZermatt paragliding business. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

La chambre 303 est située sur la Bahnhofstrasse (rue centrale de Zermatt) au 3e étage de la Haus Darioli. Elle est accessible en ascenseur. Le nom de la chambre 303 rappelle l'hôtel familial qui a été fondé et tenu à l'époque par les grands-parents d'Anne-Catherine, Gaston et Annie Darioli-Graven.
