With 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs a large open floor plan and screened in front porch. Downstairs under the house is ice machine, outdoor dining table , gas grill and screened in room for cleaning your fresh catch. Adorable Guest Cottage - 1 bedroom with dividing wall, 2 beds and 1 Bath inside with an additional outside shower. Relaxing front porch with River access across the street. Includes dock use with 1 included boat slip. Ample parking on site. Within walking distance of most places, but a bicycle or golf cart makes it even better. Steinhatchee is a Golf-Cart community, so come join the fun. *Note - There are two beds with a partition wall for privacy, but the beds are not in private rooms.

The newly remodeled Cypress Crab Cottage is a quaint little cottage with 1 bed and 1 bath, tile floors, ceiling fans, & vaulted ceiling. A full kitchen with gas stove is now installed. A queen size bed, closet, full bath, & a leather sleeper (queen) couch round out the inside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, pedestal sink & elongated toilet. Outside is a grill with a side burner. A large, screened porch with picnic table, outdoor seating, lights & fan. Private circular drive.

Snappin Turtle Cabin. Riverfront with dock.

Our cabin is located directly on the Steinhatchee River with a balcony that looks over it for you to enjoy your morning coffee and relax. You can fish off the floating dock or just sit back and watch for wildlife. The land on the other side of the river is a wildlife management area and has plenty of wildlife for you to enjoy and watch. There are 4 kayaks for adult guest use at the house to help you take full advantage of the river. PFD's are supplied and recommended.

Peaceful Mermaid Cottage-Book for Scallop Season~

The Peaceful Mermaid Cottage is spacious, comfortable and very clean. It sits on high ground and there was no water damage from the hurricanes. At least 3 vehicles with trailers can park in front of the house. Enjoy nearby springs, fabulous restaurants and local musicians. Play board games or put a puzzle together in the evening. Walk to Kathi’s Krab Shack for a nice meal and a cold drink, then stop by Steinhatchee Scoops for some banana pudding ice cream!

Welcome to the Threadfin House - Boat Parking!

Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

"High On The River"

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat is a perfect getaway located 0.3 miles from the coast. Provides ample parking and easy access to nearby boat ramps and restaurants. Spend your days fishing, scalloping or swimming. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed while the second bedroom offers flexibility with a double and twin perfect for families or friends traveling together. Relax and play games downstairs after a long day on the water.
