Cypress Crab House! Near river/parking/patio/games

The Cypress Crab has a large screened porch, a propane grill and private outdoor shower. A large kitchen island and fully equipped kitchen. The great room has a leather (queen sleeper) sofa, leather recliner and TV equipped with Amazon Fire Stick. There is a daybed with trundle that sleeps 2 more! Large laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a king size bed. Both with TV's. A large circle driveway for your boat or trailer. Kingfisher Cove -Lower unit with boat slip

Pool & dock are open Sleeps up to 7 guests, offers amazing views of the river, and the location doesn't get much better! This unit has access to a community boat slip where you can easily access the water and be out on the Gulf in no time. Modern amenities include wall to wall sliders leading out to the balcony & back lit mirrors in both baths. Utilize the outdoor gas grill for family meals, & balcony for lounging over the river while watching the boats come in.

Welcome to the Threadfin House - Boat Parking!

Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

"High On The River"

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
