Pelican's Nest Condo, Excellent Location!

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Located at 115 NW 1st Ave in the Steinhatchee Place Resort, Unit 306, this condo offers the perfect combination of a great location with great amenities. The condo is conveniently located 1 block from the new Steinhatchee Marina, 2 blocks from the public boat ramp and is a short walk or ride to many restaurants. It is within walking distance to Roy’s Restaurant and Crabbie Dads Bar & Grill, and is 1/2 mile from the Sea Hag Marina.

Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath end unit condo located on the 2nd floor. This unit is also located next to public boat ramp where you can drop the boat and be out on the gulf in about 10 minutes. This condo is fully furnished with a coastal vibe and sleeps 6 guests it has a Full size washer/dryer & Covered parking private boat slip and elevator it’s great place to stay if your looking to just get away and go fishing. Boat trailer parking straight across from the building
