The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. BEST DOWNTOWN LOCATION! In 1989 while living in Napa Valley, Robin purchased this charming original downtown 1935 registered historic home with plans for a future move. Several renovations later this is now our cherished home with garden level guest suite. We live and work quietly upstairs and your suite downstairs has a private entrance with keypad. Think of it as the charm and personal touch of a B & B, complete with Bob's delicious homemade cookies, but with the privacy of your own suite!
