Unique early Australian shepherds cottage on 500 acres opposite stunning Mt. William in the Grampians National Park. Self contained cottage surrounded by amazing bird life, kangaroos, emus, echidna, wallabies and deer. Country life with all the comforts. Homemade bread, farm eggs, mulberry jam / butter , teas / coffee, milk are all provided for guests to make breakfast at their leisure. Small but comfy the accommodation is a self contained backyard bungalow. It has a kitchenette, separate shower ensuite and private bbq deck. Our guests value a comfy bed, a hot shower, the ability to cook their own meals and a place to relax in a private outdoor space . *The backyard is shared with our small friendly dogs Toby and Daisy. * 20 mins drive to Halls Gap and the Grampians * 10 mins to Great Western's wineries. *10 min walk to the Stawell Gift, shops and bus/train station.

The Van in the Bush

Located at the foot of Mt. Cassell, part of the Grampians Range, on 20 acres of bushland. Only a 10 minute drive to Halls Gap and the Grampians National Park trails. From April to November you can enjoy the firepit, and if you’re lucky you may spot the 3 ponies and a donkey who roam the property freely. Simple caravan stay. Safe, warm and peaceful. Our very unique and slightly quirky accommodation is based in a beautiful private country setting in Great Western, a short 45- minute drive from the foothills of the Grampians. Originally a shipping container, it has been repurposed with a range of up-cycled and preloved items curated with care. It is set in a quiet little pocket surrounded by native bushland with an abundance of native fauna.

Our beautiful accommodation is for couples that like privacy and something special. The Lodge is fully self contained and every little detail has been thought of. This accommodation is new to us, but a beautiful addition to our Lodges Accommodation in Halls Gap. The place also offers Free Wifi and Netflix. A slow combustion wood heater is perfect for those special cosy nights.

Passive solar holiday house, very comfy beds, great deck with views over farm to mountain range, 10 min walk to town centre, part of Quamby Farm, all linen, fully self contained, just bring food! The King bed can be made into two King singles if requested prior to arrival.
