Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι .
