Lakeside fun awaits. Inside you can gather for a movie with a super comfy couch, play a game at our enormous dining table or prepare dinner in the full kitchen. The beds are comfy with luxury linens. I am very conscientious about bleaching/sterilizing and sanitizing every surface, light switch, door handle, every load of laundry etc. in the cabin between guests. Luxurious, romantic & memorable for all. Perfect for large groups, family reunions, business team building, bonding & enjoying quality time having fun together.

Lake Front Villa

The views are breathtaking with something to do for everyone! Water enthusiast will enjoy the soft sandy bottom of the 3rd largest spring fed lake in Indiana. Have fun in the water, including swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding & fishing. Need Shade? There are 2 gazebos, and upper & lower porches span the entire front of the house. Inside there's a pool table, ping pong, along with basketball and pickle ball in the full size indoor gym. A place for good old fashioned family fun!

Beautiful open concept lake front home with new kitchen and family room. New master suite with accessible master bathroom. Comfy leather reclining furniture, lift chair, and large smart TV in the lake room with seating for the whole family. Our Raised paver patio offers gorgeous lake views and stunning sunsets. A shady flat yard provides room for kids to run and play games. The home is wheelchair accessible by a new concrete ramp. The lake & pier is accessible by a new concrete sidewalk.

Lakefront cottage on Koontz Lake

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. There is a local brewery and other restaurants nearby. 30 minutes to South Bend and 20 minutes to Plymouth. We look forward to sharing our cute little cottage on the lake. Managed by Deb Minich.

Koontz Lake Waterfront Cottage- Near Notre Dame

Hello and welcome to our cozy cottage on the lake! This small town lakefront experience is so peaceful and relaxing and perfect for a family getaway. This is a 3 bedroom home that sleeps 10 guests with one king bed, 4 twin beds (includes one set of bunk beds), one full bed and one Queen sleeper sofa. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, bedroom #2 has (4) twin beds and bedroom #3 has a full bed. The sleeper sofa is located in the family room, overlooking the lake.
