We built this cabin to be so cozy you'll never want to leave. Spend the day exploring the world famous hiking trails and rock climbing, and your evening soaking up the forrest in the hot tub. Magnolia Falls is named after the big leaf magnolia trees and the nearby waterfalls on the Peddlers Fork stream. The peaceful and relaxing sounds can be enjoyed year round from the front porch as the stream flows over the rocks and gushes toward the deep gorge below. This tranquil setting sits on 60 acres surrounded by woods with walking trails. You have access to the entire 2nd floor, porches and outdoor area. The first floor isn't rented or occupied; you have the property to yourself.

The closest neighbors are 3 friendly donkeys that love to greet guests at the fence for attention and ear rubs. Fishing poles and donkey treats are provided to round out your stay. We're 20 scenic minutes to Slade or Stanton and 25 to Mount Sterling.
