Big back yard to do BBQ'S, plenty of chairs for a gathering, each room has tv's, private yard that is very big for pets to play. Kitchenette with dishes and towels. Two miles from the 99 freeway and downtown dining/entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.
