This house is located in Ripon CA. Just a few blocks off of main st. Well established & quiet neighborhood. Completely remodeled & new appliances/furnitures. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. King size bed in master room. Queen size on 2nd room. Bunk bed on 3rd room, full size. Spacious dinning area. Fully stocked kitchen! Dryer & Washer available. Patio area with propane BBQ grill. Classic Executive+Lovely Yard+Best Location

A favorite house+ location; we restored it for my husband’s parents; it’s where we hope to live out our last days as well. Comfortable furnishings+ beds, vintage charm+ grandfather clock so it’s not best for kids. There’s lots of light+ glass block+ beautiful front+ back furnished porches w/ vintage lion fountain too. Large master w/ King bed, smart TV+ french doors+ en-suite bath w/ huge shower+ a vintage clawfoot tub in guest bathroom. Plenty of free onstreet parking+ fastest wifi+ cable too.

Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

The high ceilings and open floor plan make it the perfect place to enjoy your time with friends and family. The home is centrally located in Modesto in a quiet and developed area. Walking distance to a shopping mall on Coffee Rd with a Walmart Neighborhood market. Close to Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center and Doctors Medical Center.
