Cozy home with a nice backyard. Perfect for a quiet evening enjoying some wine by the fire outside while you can hear the sound of the water in the pond. Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard

Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nested among the orchards of upper Escalon, this paradise-like home has been meticulously crafted to showcase the lush grounds and country living. Book your stay for a holiday or vacation to create lifelong memories with this enormous backyard complete with multiple palapas, an outdoor bar and BBQ, an inground pool with a waterfall, an outdoor firepit and fireplace, a volleyball court / and island-style palm trees, and landscaping.

The Cottage at The A Bar

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Home is in a quiet cul de sac and very private. No Filter in the Pictures of This Home. Big back yard to do BBQ'S, plenty of chairs for a gathering, each room has tv's, private yard that is very big for pets to play. Stay here and drive to Yosemite, Bay area, Napa, Sacramento, and Beyond. Sorry i don't provide paper towels. If you have questions regarding let me know.

Come enjoy our beautiful waterfront home located directly on Lake Tulloch near Saddle Creek Golf Course. This secluded home with stunning views, features 3 bedrooms with 7 beds, 3 full bathrooms, and two giant wrap around decks. Perfect for large family get aways. 45 minutes to Yosemite and Dodge Ridge. Lake access from the house with a privately owned Dock where you can park your boat and enjoy swimming in the private cove.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
