Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Located at the end of a quiet lane only 4 .5 miles from Brancaster Beach; only one minute’s stroll to The Duck Inn. Puddleduck has an enclosed garden, meadow pergola and comfy sitting room; lovely spots to truly unwind.

A peaceful and cosy two-bedroomed traditional flint cottage in a gorgeous countryside location just 5 miles from the stunning North Norfolk beaches and coastal walks. The interior design is thoughtful & charming, with vintage touches and luxurious details including Egyptian cotton linens, underfloor heating and wood burning stove. The quirky shops, fishmongers and deli of Burnham Market are a short drive away and there's a great selection of local pubs and incredible beaches to choose from.

A brand new luxury eco-lodge which is situated just outside the village of Docking. It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. Fine dining can be found in nearby Burnham Market and many local pubs. Shoppers will enjoy the independent boutiques scattered along the coast. A visit to the Heacham Lavender is a must.

Cozy and quirky, Olive Lodge is a peaceful countryside hideaway for couples or solo travelers. Explore North Norfolk’s beaches, villages, and Sandringham—all just 15 minutes away. The property is in a very rural location and a car is essential as there are no walking routes / shops nearby. We only accept 1 small / medium dog - please do not ask to add more than 1 dog as we are unable to accommodate due to the property being so compact.
