Enjoy a relaxed stay at this centrally located gem of a place, with parking. Nestled away on the edge of the Meadows and river, you are only a 2 minute walk to all the fine eateries, quality retail shops, and places of interest, that this vibrant market town has to offer. It's 600 listed buildings and wonderful architecture are a delight to see. Burghley House is a 30 minute stroll away, and Rutland Water is a short car journey, offering water sports, cycling, bird watching and even a beach!

It's perfect for a couple, or two close friends, but if you're eating out and happy to be cozied up at night, it can accommodate four; two couples, or four close friends.

The property is situated in the charming village of Mountsorrel, right in the heart of Leicestershire. Our place boasts convenient parking adjacent to the building, with a spacious communal parking bay located on the main road. There's one designated space for our guests, though do keep in mind it can get a bit busy on weekends.

Enjoy everything Oakham has to offer, spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to see and do nearby. Cozy Nook is a perfect hideaway for relaxing and exploring our beautiful county of Rutland.
