Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Ενα ήσυχο σπίτι 60τμ στο χωριό των Λάκκων, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Αυτός ο χώρος 80 τ.μ. είναι ένα ευρύχωρο και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα με έμφαση στη κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά αλλά παράλληλα μόλις 1,7 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της πόλης. Η παραλία Nea Chora βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,2 χιλιομέτρων. Το διαμέρισμα απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη στάση του λεωφορείου και 5 λεπτά από σούπερ-μάρκετ και φαρμακείο. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να παρκάρουν ακριβώς έξω από την ιδιωτική είσοδο του διαμερίσματος στο δρόμο.

The apartment Anaxagoras consists of an open-plan residential complex and is characterized by an imposing original Venetian arch, which separates the kitchen and living area from sleeping. It has direct access to your (private) garden with barbecue and large dining table with sea view. Everything has been renovated with lots of love for the traditional details in 2017. Here you can inhale a touch of Cretan history in a unique and comfortable atmosphere.

Single bedroom house in the very center of Chania , within walking distance of every sight of interest in the city. Our house , renovated in 2018 , is equipped with all the amenities you might need for a short or an extended stay . The front yard that appears in the photos is shared with the guests of another house but there will always be enough space for everyone . Local tax of 8€/night included in the price. The house is located in the village of Modi, atop a hill, a few minutes away from the sea and the tourist amenities of Platania and 15 minutes away from Chania . You can experience the life of a unspoiled Cretan village and have a great view of nature, the fields of olive and orange trees while you swim at the pool. The house remains traditional, using natural materials such as stone and wood, while providing all the modern comforts.

Our lovely apartment at Daratsos is next to the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti (30 meters) and 2,5 km from the center of Chania. It has sea view from the living room and from the balcony. At the district you can find delicious traditional taverns and restaurants, bus stop, mini market and big supermarkets. The apartment is ideal for families and couples looking relax and comfort.
