#1 Tiny Cottage Living

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Cozy one bedroom cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Complex/Arena, Planet Fitness and the Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to the Kansas State Fairgrounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guest of all backgrounds. We will however not book to people who live in Hutchinson Ks and are booking for themselves.

Art Barn in the Country/Working Metal Art Studio

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

The Cozy Half

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Red Barn Cottage At Borntrager Dairy

Experience the peaceful setting of this unique little cottage in a restored barn that once housed cows and horses. Star-gaze from your private backyard. Come and Shop the Farm Store for all your food items. Sample freshly bottled, delicious, and creamy milk that was produced 50 feet away. Buy cheeses, eggs, meats, and more. After Store Hours? Come stay at The Farm at Yoder!

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.

Brent & Jean’s Tiny house

This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Now featuring Cable TV in addition to other streaming services! This home is so comfortable and your stay will be worth it for the lake views alone but this home also boasts new reclining couches, 1 king and 2 queen size memory foam beds, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen appliances, a great basement for entertainment and games, 65 inch smart tvs, plus an incredible outdoor and deck area with grill, surrounded by a fenced yard and water!

West Side Loft

Known as West Side Loft, come enjoy this newly remodeled loft in our downtown business district. The loft is above a small photography business. You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate two additional guests if you're willing to squeeze. Crib available upon request. The location is in our backyard. We live on the same property. Check out the companion property we also host-- The Little House.
