Entire Guest Suite, Charming basement w/firepit

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a completely separate studio basement suite within our home. The suite has it's own entrance, kitchenette, and private bath with walk-in shower and toilet separate from the vanity. Suite is located on a secluded 3 and 1/2 acre wooded lot just 1.5 miles from I95. Location is 18 min from Historic Fredericksburg, 20 Min from Washington Ferry Farm, 35 min from Mount Vernon, and 41 min from the Pentagon. Easy access to Quantico.

This roomy modern basement apartment is perfect for work trips, vacations and long stays with all the convenience of home. Right next to I-95 for convenient travel, to Washington DC or making a rest stop going further south. It is also very close to the Quantico military base, the Marine Corps Museum, and old town Fredericksburg. Forget your worries in this serene space. Private basement entrance w/ parking on property - a quiet, yet entertaining unit. Queen size bed in private room, bathroom w/ shower as well as an area equipped w/ pool-tennis-dining table combo & 10 ft theater-esq screen for projector w/ 700+ apps. Neighborhood features close distance parks, walking trails, pool, recreation ctr & shopping plaza. This unit is just minutes to I-95, Brooke Point VRE, Commuter Lot, Quantico and the Augustine Golf Course.

Historic Downtown F'burg, Self contained Cozy Apt.

Our guest suite has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is cozy with a full bathroom and kitchen. It is suitable for a single person or active couple who want to enjoy Historic Fredericksburg, walking trails and the night life all right outside the door. Also ideal for single person on work trip. The patio with table and chairs acts as an extra living space in spring, summer and fall however without the extra space in the wintertime the apartment is too small for two people.

Cozy basement

We like to give our guest full privacy during their stay. The basement has its own entrance in the back of the home. We do have steps going from the front of the house to the back entrance. We’re pet friendly! There's a $100 per pet fee. Fee is due upon arrival. Large fenced yard for our furry guest to run and enjoy the open space. As well as a deck with seating area facing the yard. Please make sure to clean up after your pet after every bathroom break. Pets permitted only in the back yard

Beautiful & Spacious 1-bd 1 ba Pvt Entry Bsemt Apt. near Washington, DC, Quantico, and Fredericksburg VA. Perfect for couples & families’ (children 5-14 yo) (As opposed to Nearby Hotels). Lovely covered patio, for sitting outside and enjoying the private woods and fenced-in backyard. You’ll enjoy a nice backyard Firepit, for evening entertainment... swings, and wonderful walking path nearby. Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.
