It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.

Nearby shops, cafes and attractions are just waiting to be explored or you can simply gather with loved ones on the balcony and admire picturesque views over the Blue Water Lake Reserve, which you can access from the backyard. Directly across the road is a grassed picnic area with a playground for the kids.
