A beautiful getaway right on the river! Swimming,fishing,and kayaking awaits only 20 yards away! For rainy or cold days, there is plenty to do indoors.There is also a treadmill and weights if you want a workout, and lots of games! If you are looking for the finer things things in life, you can enjoy the luxuries of our deep tissue, Swedish massage chair, our electronic recliner couches, the 55” RoKu tv, or just relax in the jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Located directly on a St Lawrence River Trib, you are a 10 minute boat ride to Chippewa Bay on the St. Lawrence & 13 min to the renowned fishing waters of Black Lake. We are just a short ride to Alexandria Bay with boutique shops, restaurants/night life. Several tackle shops nearby. Close by to Singer Castle, many beautiful state parks within 10-20 min! Gorgeous stars on the deck at night! Kayaks available!

Cozy cottage with a private dock and amazing sunset views of beautiful Black Lake, which is known as a Fisherman's Paradise! Relax and enjoy lake living using the included kayaks/paddleboards or visit the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the new grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and playing cornhole and board games. The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Doesnt get much more private than this! Relax with the whole family at this Lakehouse compound that sleeps up to 10 people with 3 different buildings! Camp Kelly is 1 of 2 lakehouses that are grandfathered in to being built over the water! With only 130 Cabins on the entire lake, you will enjoy the peace and beauty of the Adirondack Park from the front porch! It's almost like having the whole lake to yourself! Cant see another Cabin from the front porch!

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy).
