Raquette Lodge

Ultimate privacy in this 2,800 sq. ft. log home on 16 acres of wilderness waterfront. Located in the NW region of the Adirondack foothills, the Raquette Lodge sits on a section of Raquette River which has been dammed to create a pristine lake. The lake is excellent for swimming & fishing. This property includes a dock with a pontoon boat (9.9 hp), kayaks and paddle boards. Also at the water's edge you will find a hot tub, sand volleyball court, ping pong table, fire pit & ample outdoor seating.

Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, offering a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Winter sports aplenty! Ice Fish on Pleasant Lake or visit one of the many local lakes. Snowshoe or hike on property or local trails. Bundle up and stargaze around the fire pit. Spend a snowy day in the game room. Visit Canada, 1000 Islands and Adirondacks (45-60 minute drives). Dog friendly (limited two).

A quiet dead end road, that turns into a a trailway that can take you as far as Old Forge!

Overlooking 1,600 acres of preserved forest, this property offers a sandy swim area with a raft, a 13’ pontoon boat (10hp engine) and kayaks and paddle boards. Relax in the waterfront hot tub or gather by the fire pit. The open floor plan blends charm with modern amenities. Firewood, propane, and boat gas are included. Bring your own life jackets and sheets and towels. Pets welcome for $75.
