Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, with a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful river views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

Enjoy lovely waterfront cottage on St Lawrence River. Property fronts the river and is flanked by a secondary rental cottage. Located 7 minutes from the Canada bridge and grocery shopping. Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

Welcome to Apt. 2! A block away from the Pine Street Arena, and Sandstoner Park/beach. Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, ClarksonUniversity, and SUNY Potsdam; about a 15 minute drive to Saint Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. It has a double bed, a twin-sized bunk bed, the living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress. Access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, grill, basketball hoop, and dog run. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly, smoking allowed outside.

River Bank Camping, Cedar Grove Cabin

This off-grid cabin is located on the banks of the Raquette River, offering beautiful waterside views, the spacious deck, or private beach just steps from the door. Your stay includes a canoe at the shoreline, perfect for exploring the river. The cabin features running hot water and solar power, along with a private bathhouse equipped with a composting toilet and hot shower. Looking for a tranquil outdoor getaway without all the packing? White Pine Cabin - a cozy rustic escape in nature.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape located at the historic Lazy River Playground. You can enjoy an evening fire, walk the nature trails or sit by the river. The cabin is insulated and has heat and electricity with outdoor bathrooms and an outdoor open air shower. You will need to bring food and drinking water. You will have access to a community fridge and freezer as well as a charcoal grill. Old time roller skating and miniature golf are available seasonally. Close to SLU.

There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Bayview at Pine Point is located approximately 15 miles to the local four universities in Potsdam and Canton (Clarkson, St. Lawrence, SUNY Potsdam, SUNY Canton), which makes it a great place for visiting families to spend time together! Not to mention all the great outdoor activities offered locally, such as hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, leaf peeping, etc! The Cottage at Pine Point is located directly next door and can also be rented at the same time for additional space!

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
