Corey was a fantastic host—super responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Great for a large group. We had a blast hanging out by the pool, which was a great bonus. The location is convenient: close enough to the beach and nightlife to enjoy everything Puerto Rico has to offer, but still in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Ubers were easy and quick, so getting around was no problem at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The home is very beautiful and for the most part quiet . The view and the pool are the best part. Also loved that they gave complimentary snacks and drinks that was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ , overall loved the place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and would definitely stay there again .

Communication with Krystal was amazing! Great Hospitality from Krystal and her father! Amazing private and cozy place. Neighborhood was also peaceful. Can’t thank them both enough for their hospitality and treatment! 100% recommended!!!

My family and I had an amazing time at Casa Sunville. It was very spacious. We all had our own room/bed. We enjoyed the privacy of having two apartments upstairs and the main house. The kiddos and some adults had a blast with the Pac Man machine and the awesome pool outdoors. Overall, it was a great stay!

Warren and Virginia were great hosts and made the experience as stress free as possible. They were accommodating to our requests and responded promptly. The toilet stopped flushing in one of the apartments at 11pm and I really appreciate that Warren was able to fix it so quickly and professionally. The location was easy to get to and the perfect distance away from San Juan and Old San Juan. Staying here was a great choice.

I’ll definitely be back. Everything was so nice and beautiful. It wasn’t too far from everything which still gave me my peace, but I also was able to engulf myself into the locals downtown. San Juan was not too far. Uber was not too bad. It was about $10-$18 depending on what time I left !

The Blue Water House

The host was amazing! Always responsive. Extremely accommodating when we needed anything, even extra towels after midnight. The only thing I will say is you will need your own bathroom essentials and beach towels. Beds were comfortable and the pool was amazing! Rent a car!!!!!! Would book again with complete confidence. Thank you to Ruth and all of her team of people that made our trip a wonderful experience
