Great, clean cabin on a nice bay on Oxbow Lake. The cabin is secluded and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Great location in a typical ski rental for the area. kitchen was clean, great fireplace and three bedrooms with two showers and baths. Michael is a good communicator. I would recommend renting both upper and lower units at the same time for a shared group.

Beautiful cabin with plenty of space. We would absolutely stay here again. The host was responsive and clearly answered all our questions so we knew what to expect. Our only noted challenge was backing a 44 foot race trailer into the driveway with fresh snow, but with some effort we got it in there! Surroundings are stunning, would love to see this place in the summer!

My 16 year old son and I stayed in Chery's home for a snowmobile trip. The house was beautiful and up to date with all modern appliances and furnishings. The HVAC system worked great, keeping us warm. The beds were comfortable and the linens all look new and smelled fresh. Each bedroom also had a TV. The bathroom was very clean, the shower was nice and hot and didn't run cold. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, even included a lot of extra welcoming niceties that I will let you discover. The snowmobile trail is a short 5 minute ride up the road, easily assessable by snowmobile. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future. Beautiful huge cabin on the lake! Comfortable bed and linens. Aaaand pet friendly. My little family and I really enjoyed our time in Iron River and did a lot of exploring. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped save our weekend.

Great place, just too bad we were in Eagle River in March for hockey instead of a beautiful summer weekend on the river! House was just as described/depicted in photos. Updated kitchen, sprawling family room, plenty of garage/parking, nice formal living/sitting room for reading/napping. No idea what this place charges during peak season, but it was a great and affordable alternative to 4 hotel rooms for our boys' hockey weekend during Eagle River's off-season. Host was very polite and quick to reply. We had a great time and had no problems with the house or the host. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, private but quick drive into town. Even better than the pictures/description. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to the UP!

Felt very lucky to find this place. Thank you to Jen and her family for providing such a great space at a price manageable for even a single person to stay. I especially love the organic farming practices, and how she carried that mindset into the guest space. From the organic soaps to the high quality linens, she had it covered with a very holistic feel. Looking forward to more stays at Jen’s!

Our stay at Towering Pines C was amazing. The cabin was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked . We especially loved the deck/view perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The lake front is beautiful. The cabin is in a convenient area. We did notice some very minor noise from other units but that didn't detract from enjoyment. Highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

Our group had a blast here for a weekend of skiing! It was great to be right on the run. The wood stove was so cozy after long days of skiing. The hosts are very responsive, which was so appreciated. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

This apartment is so lovely, comfortable and peaceful. It was spotless and had everything we needed. It was so nice to go “home” at the end of each day. And as wonderful as the apartment was, John and Patti are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. So warm and friendly. Just great people. There’s not enough good things I can say about the 3 1/2 days we spent at Sandra’s! It was very well appointed, if we needed it, it was there, and the space was roomy and cozy all at the same time! It took us a few minutes to figure out that the space was behind the street address on Lake Avenue, but even the people we asked for some help were friendly and outgoing! We felt like part of the community from the start!

Love it here! Anytime I come to Michigan this is the place !

This was a great place to stay for our end of the season ski trip. A close 2-minute walk to the chalet. There is a lift even closer, but it wasn't running, presumably because our stay was the last weekend of the ski season. The condo was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Myron was super helpful and responded to messages within minutes. Being April, it wasn't cold enough to warrant using the hot tub, but it looked great. He offered to let us check out later since the cleaning crew wasn't arriving right at 11:00. Much appreciated! So much nicer to change in his condo rather than the chalet before our drive home. Looking forward to booking this condo again for our annual Michigan ski trip next winter!

We stayed during a snowstorm that dumped a foot of snow and Wendy made it really easy to add an extra night to the stay

Alexis and Luke are great hosts! They were very proactive in communicating leading up to our arrival and prior to our check out. Instructions for the lockbox, keys and garbage were very clear. We have stayed there before but for first timers, the instructions on how to get to the lodge were very clear also. They always had wood stocked at the entrance for the fireplace which was super nice. Very clean and cozy. It's ideal for skiing in and out at Black River Basin. We love staying at the Bunkhouse and will be back!

Jon's place was a perfect home base for our long weekend trip to Snowriver and ABR Ski Trails. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and Jon was very responsive.

We had so much fun at family times. The ski inn and out was very convenient and we loved playing the arcade games apres ski. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Theresa was very helpful and the rental was perfect. The rec area in the basement was everything my son needed.

The place was more than what we expected. The location was perfect! Scott was a great host and the place was immaculate. We will definitely be back.
