Stairway to Heaven

Beautiful Gulf views from the deck and living areas. Cute, Cozy and clean best describes our little piece of Heaven on the East end of St George Island. First tier on East Gorrie and only a few steps to our private beach path. 3 Bedroom/1 Bath is room enough for the entire family. We do allow one pet under 30 pounds but ask it to be crated if left alone. Large open living/dining/kitchen area with gulf views. A nice courtyard area BBQ grill and outdoor seating . We love our long-term guests!.

Beach Getaway at Bald Point

Large Studio Apartment with a private entrance on the first floor with captivating Gulf Beach View throughout the apartment. Nice bathroom with a shower. Enjoy eating breakfast on the back porch with the breath-taking ocean view. Sleeps nicely two adults and two children with a queen size bed and folding futon sofa bed. You will be 800 feet from the top-rated Bald Point Park with nice picnic areas, hiking trails, and fishing pier. The house has direct, private access to the beach.

Saltwater Escape.

Come Relax in this Cozy and Secluded Getaway in the center of Apalachicola. Less than a mile to downtown, 3 blocks from the bay and 10 minutes from beautiful St George Island. (FOR BOAT PARKING, THERE IS A $75 FEE PER STAY. BE SURE TO SELECT “PET FEE” IN ORDER TO RESERVE BOAT PARKING BEFORE BOOKING.) The boat space, adjacent to the Loft, is 20x10, and fenced in and covered. The space is attached to the house, but guests have their own Private Loft. A great coastal experience!

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Barefoot Bungalow

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Three Little Birds

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Three Little Birds is a spacious and comfortable private apartment attached to our main home in Eastpoint, Florida. It is located less than a block away from St. George Sound, Apalachicola Bay. Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. Please note that the Studio is our ONLY pet friendly rental.

Eclectic & relaxing Cove studio

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive. You will not be able to add them to the reservation but just text me! Private entrance to a renovated single car garage apartment in the popular, quiet Cove neighborhood.

Located on the 1st floor of a classic Old Florida-style home, enjoy peace and tranquility, a 200-ft pier for fishing or sunset views, and a firepit for cozy evenings. Mashes Sands Beach is just 5 minutes away, with a local restaurant and convenience store only 3 minutes down the road. Sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 futons that convert to full-size beds.
