Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Stay in a quiet modern cabin centrally located on a country road in Keene, Home of the High Peaks in the Adirondacks. Only 15/20min drive to all main attractions: Lake Placid, Whiteface, Adirondack Loj and Marcy Dam. A bright and peaceful oasis to unwind from your ADK adventures with a view of the mountains from your bed, the deck, or fire pit. The upstairs is vacant (closed off). Picture windows offer views of Lake Flower, the mountains and downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, views, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.

Franklin's 80 Loons offers a modern, cheerful one-bedroom apartment with AC, a full-sized bed, cot & convertible couch. Driveway parking on quiet residential street. Short walk to new rail trail, Lake Flower & downtown shops, galleries & restaurants. This comfortable private space is the perfect base camp for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, cycling & paddling activities. Relax in the evening with a book, puzzle, board game, or campfire. High Peaks Artist's Loft

The High Peaks Artist’s loft is a converted mechanics shop located conveniently right in Keene. The space has been decorated by two artists and includes original paintings and decorations. This is a generous studio space with a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, pool table, lounge area and large projection screen. When you are ready to turn in for the night, we hope you will enjoy the newly created sleeping loft. If the weather is nice there is also a fire pit for you to use!

Comfortable apt. in its own building on 50+ wooded acres near Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Whiteface Mtn. Miles of walking trails. Great road biking. Large, private screened porch; Tempurpedic queen bed; full kitchen, big LR & cozy recliners. We now have covered parking for one car! We are only 20 minutes from Whiteface ski area and nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as lakes and rivers for swimming and paddling. There are trails on the property for walking and snowshoeing.

Blooming Studio

Brought to life again, our studio was build in late 1800's. Labor of love, as we tried to preserve all the original features of this house. 2 bedrooms, can sleep 2 guests comfortably. 1 bathroom, small kitchen, with propane stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. In a small, and quiet town of Bloomingdale, NY. 10 min from Saranac Lake NY, 20 min from Lake Placid, NY. Our studio is not a luxury accommodation, but more of a country farmhouse.

Our lakeside cottage has great lake and mountain views. It is close to the public beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. It has its own sandy beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.
