Accessible to the ITS83 snowmobile trail system, hunting, fishing, boating, and ATV trail. Located on the shores of Mud Lake. Don’t let the name fool you. This is a beautiful lake in Northern Maine.

Five minutes to border crossing to Maine, USA (Fort Kent). Close to ski resorts (5 mins) and scenic snowmobile trails.

House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Cabin is located on the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. ITS 88 can be accessed from this property. Sledding / ATV riding right from the cabin. 4 miles to Caribou and 6 miles to Presque Isle. You’ll love this cabin because of the outdoors and the view of the river. Perfect private getaway. Secluded, yet close to shopping and other venues. Great for couples, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, fisherman, business travelers, or vacationers. We can even stock the cupboards and fridge for you.

There are hiking and snowshoeing trails out the door of the yurt. The ITS snowmobile trails are easily accessible. The yurt is cozy, comfortable and a great place to rest and relax while enjoying the outdoors.
