Country Life! Large 2500 sq ft 3 bdrm 2 full bath

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Large yards to run and play. Fire pit and large dog kennel for those cowboys heading to the rodeo, staying to help gather cattle, or going on a hunting trip. 3 large bedrooms with a flat screen tv in every room. Large luxurious master bedroom has a king size bed, a large corner tub, double sink and a large walk in closet. large comfy bedroom 2 has a king size bed and dresser. Bedroom 3 has a comfy queen sleigh bed and dresser.

Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our wild 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.
