The North West Hideaway is so sweet that we just fell in love with it! It’s just the right size - not big but not crowded - very well-organized. And very comfortable! The view into the backyard is so lush and green and we enjoyed the Adirondack chairs on the back porch in the evenings. It was too windy for a fire in the firepit but it’s a nice touch and it’s maintained well. The coffee selection was excellent and we appreciated the maps and referrals to local eateries. The bed was just perfect: firm but not hard. I would recommend the North West Hideaway to anyone staying in Xenia who’s looking for comfort, convenience, safety and security, easy walking and bike riding - and the I almost forgot the apple fritters that were waiting for us! oh my goodness - they were delicious! We can’t wait to visit again!

I stayed here for a week of work. Easy drive to Moraine. The cottage was perfect, and had everything I needed. Zella was a gracious hostess, and gave me some homemade cookies for my travel home. I have to travel for work here again in a couple months. I hope there will be availability, so I can stay again!

Y’all, stay here! This was a lovely air BnB with friendly, helpful hosts! The quirky silo design was so fun, and the interior filled with thoughtful touches. The bed was comfy, and it was fun to have a coffee and breakfast snack station in the room. Beautiful, peaceful property. Chairs on the porch for sitting outside to wind down for the evening or start the day. Please note that the shower is super tiny, but the light switches in the bathroom are amazing!

Super responsive hosts with great communication! This place is close to anything you may need without feeling like you’re in the middle of the city! Everything within a 10 min drive. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely organized. Hot tub was an awesome perk!!

Awesome, HUGE house in a beautiful location. It was perfect for our purposes, and the theater room is a big bonus.

Tara's place was quiet & comfy! The space is large which we didn't expect, but we enjoyed the space! The bed was super comfy!! The kitchen table was set which was a very nice touch! When we visit family again & if her space is available, we will be happy to stay here again!

We had the most amazing Thanksgiving getaway at the Cottage by the Lake! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the cozy, welcoming atmosphere and breathtaking views of the lake. The cottage was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the property was. Our furry family member had the best time exploring the spacious yard. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that genuinely cater to pets, but this cottage went above and beyond. The quiet, peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for family bonding, were unforgettable. We are so grateful for this beautiful place and can’t wait to return for another stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat!

Very clean, peaceful, safe and quiet place to stay for the month of December. Our kids enjoyed the yard. We enjoyed having a clean and safe place to come “home” to. Definitely recommend.
