This lovely home is nestled in the heart of a quiet neighborhood in southern Springfield. Well stocked, you will find everything you need for a restful stay, making full meals, or grabbing a quick cup of joe on the go. Just a 3 minute drive away is Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife. Everything the city has to offer is at your fingertips. Kids of all ages will enjoy the Foosball Table in the sunroom or walking to the fun playground across the next street. Panther Creek Guesthouse

Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Horses live across the road and around the curve and up the hill. Eggs and some other basic food items included! Less than 5 miles off Hwy 60 north of Fordland Café, Mexican, Dollar General, gas in Fordland Springfield 24 Branson 55 7.5 miles from I-44 @ Northview

Peaceful on the Park

Quiet and beautiful above garage apartment. Our home is on a beautiful Phelps Grove Park with tennis courts, bike and walking paths, playground equipment, gardens, and The Springfield Art Museum. It is also near colleges, shopping, restaurants, and night life. Private entry, driveway parking, and access to laundry with stays of 3 or more nights. Lovely with hardwood floors throughout, 1750 sq. ft., 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room, and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of space to relax. If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro.
