This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system with a NEW ! 40 gallon water heater with only 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.

Bless This Tiny House is a 267 sqft Tiny House parked alongside a huge, beautiful deck overlooking the lake! Take the kayaks out on the lake! Chill in the hammock with a good book. Grill burgers and relax by the campfire while the sun sets! The Tiny is especially cozy in the winter! Unplug and play cards in the leisure loft! The perfect setting for a couple's retreat! Furball Farm Inn

CAT LOVERS ONLY 😻 This beautiful old freshly updated farm house is on the same property as Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary! Renting our Airbnb will allow you to see behind the scenes! Visit the cats anytime between the hours of 9am-9pm on the days you are booked! Marley and Teddy are the resident cats there and they will keep you company! (They can go in and out) (Marley has had past history of being a naughty potty, see more info in details)

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
