Beautiful and Comfortable Private Guest Suite

This is a very clean, cozy place - perfect for one or two people. It is tastefully decorated and stocked with many helpful amenities. Ani is extremely kind and courteous, as is her son. The place was very clean, and the setting very comfortable. There is a little traffic and airplane noise, but nothing unusual for a suburban area. The suite is attached to Ani's home and there is some ability to hear between the walls, but nothing beyond what you would expect for a unit that is not stand-alone. We were very comfortable for our stay, and felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The location is convenient, including easy airport access (we were 1 hour from the Uber pickup time to being at our gate!). We also enjoyed nice evening walks in the neighborhood. Five stars for sure!

Pool Private Adult Paradise “The West Wing”

Loved loved loved this place, it’s very private, super clean with an amazing private pool. Literally felt like home away from home. Wonderful and very responsive hosts. Will definitely be back soon for a quick getaway trip. It was so nice and peaceful we stayed an extra day. Can’t wait to go back and visit again. And trust me it’ll be very soon. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful time and experience. Yall were so kind and generous and sweet from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. Again, wonderful hospitality and loved the place. Thank you again! Can’t wait to go back

Quiet, peaceful stay. Beautiful view from the screened deck. Easy access to boats and water, comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Will and Grasen’s place was perfect for our week long stay. Close to attractions, parks, restaurants etc. Extremely comfortably bed, nice bathroom. Nice living room area for relaxing. The kitchen area is cozy with a mini fridge, this was fine for my husband and I as we had planned on eating out a lot and didn’t need a ton of fridge space. We loved that they had extra toilet trees in case we forgot something. And we also liked that they had extra beach towels! Overall it was a really nice stay and we would book here again.

Bob and Liz's place was very inviting and felt clean the moment we walked in. We were in town for a wedding and the location was convenient. We also have friends on Davis Island which was a quick drive to see them. We would definitely stay here again. When we had questions or needed something, they were very helpful and responsive. We would recommend staying there.

Tropical Oasis at Kevins place exceeded our expectations! It was more than enough for my husband and I. Everything we needed was provided even water. IF YOU ARE A COUPLE IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! THIS WAS AMAZING AND SPACIOUS! The floors have a very luxury feel and the bed was so comfy and clean. WiFi was amazing, location was amazing, and everything about this place and the host was perfect! You are missing out if you don’t book here!

Lis was very accessible. The place was great for the price. The walls were thin as we heard conversations and smelled the food that was cooked. Lis had everything needed for the beach readily available. Other than the walls, this is a great stay!!!!

Todo muy bien con el espacio de Julie y Zoli, es pequeño pero muy acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario y todo está súper limpio, el vencidario es muy bonito y muy tranquilo. Además de que ellos son muy hospitalarios. Sin duda los recomiendo muchísimo. Además Lula es adorable 😍

This unit was the perfect size and location for us. The kitchen is well stocked. Courtyard outside is very private and relaxing, especially since it's located in a cul-de-sac. Nubia was very responsive. Even at 9:00 at night! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, cleanliness was top tier. Literally small and cozy had everything we needed. My only complaints which are minor; the house still being attached to the owners home not a super big deal just didn’t expect that. Secondly, if you are going to cook bacon for breakfast lol open the door so the smoke doesn’t get trapped inside for the alarm to go off. Lastly, I asked about something’s that had looked different in the room and didn’t get a response until later that night (over 12hrs) . Which I also had another time I needed assistance and they worked as a team to better my stay. So I do appreciate them for letting me stay in their cozy home. Lovely time in Tampa thank you!
