In a scenic valley an hour and a half south of Salt Lake City, this is a lovely quiet location to take advantage of the art and heritage of Spring City- climbing and hiking in the local canyons and quick access to Skyline Drive ATV trails. Within minutes of Snow College and the beautiful Manti temple.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished basement apartment is a perfect place to stay while enjoying the fresh clean air of the country. Fully furnished kitchen and cozy wood stove. This turn of the century home, set in the quiet and quaint town of Spring City, sits on over an acre. The Jailer's Cottage sits next to the 165 year old rock jailhouse (still in tact). With 4 bedrooms including a large loft with 5 beds, a cozy living room and a large, spacious kitchen, this home has plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and relax. Lots of area outside for parking, playing yard games, and includes space to park an RV, RV hookups and an RV sewer connection.
