In a scenic valley an hour and a half south of Salt Lake City, this is a lovely quiet location to take advantage of the art and heritage of Spring City- climbing and hiking in the local canyons and quick access to Skyline Drive ATV trails. Within minutes of Snow College and the beautiful Manti temple.

Come enjoy the peace of the country. Our 1,400 sq ft Farmhouse is located just north of Fairview in quiet Milburn Valley. We're a family-friendly place that's great for a "Stay-cation", couples weekend or for friends who just want to get away for a while. You can also work from home while staying with us. The Farmhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat & AC, gas fireplace & a two car garage. There's a big yard for kids to play & room to park ATVs & toy trailers .

Come enjoy a charming step back in time in our cozy turn of the century bungalow. Located just 2 blocks from Helper's historic Main Street, and a 2 minute walk from the river trail. Watch the magical morning and evening light paint the spectacular Northern cliffs. Walk to a great meal out at Balance Rock Eatery, or stay in and cook in the well equipped kitchen. In summer you can help yourself to fresh raspberries from the garden and enjoy the Hibiscus gracing the front entry. Pets welcome.

This beautiful farmhouse is a single level home, next to acres of farmland and an apple orchard. Deer often come onto the backyard in the evenings, so you can enjoy the sunset next to the outdoor fireplace as you watch the wildlife. It's a great location to enjoy central Utah or as a stop on your way to Southern Utah. We have unlimited high speed internet if you're looking for a remote work location. The house has been completely remodeled inside; the yard is being landscaped and updated.

This 1928 coal miner's home feels a little like going to Grandma's house. It is localed on a quiet street with pretty views from the hill behind the house. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

This turn of the century home, set in the quiet and quaint town of Spring City, sits on over an acre. The Jailer's Cottage sits next to the 165 year old rock jailhouse (still in tact). With 4 bedrooms including a large loft with 5 beds, a cozy living room and a large, spacious kitchen, this home has plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and relax. Lots of area outside for parking, playing yard games, and includes space to park an RV, RV hookups and an RV sewer connection.

1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers.

Historic 1911 Miner's Cottage - Winter Quarters

The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries. Recent renovations have retained their historical ambiance, combined with newly restored modern conveniences. Beautiful front porch is a perfect place to watch incredible sunsets and meet locals. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cooking gear and the bed, linens, towels are all high quality. Fiber optic high speed WIFI with plenty of speed for streaming.

The 211 Getaway

The Getaway is located just 120 southeast of Salt Lake City. Within walking distance to downtown historic Helper. Meander on the walkway by the river or visit some of the local shops along main street. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. If you are traveling with friends, check out 213 Getaway. Each 1 bedroom apartment has accommodations for two and are adjacent to each other. Kitchen has amenities for fixing your own meals.

Perfectly located across the street from a beautiful park, city pool, Utah State Eastern Aggies Baseball field, hikes right out the front door and only 1/2 a mile from downtown. Newly renovated, with all your amenities you will enjoy waking up to the sunrise reflecting off of Helper Cliff. Quiet peaceful neighborhood, in Historic Helper Utah..its a perfect spot for hiking, biking, fishing, boating and lots of different activities, or just relaxing in the jetted tub or watching the 70 inch TV. Helper City has a lot of Art Gallerys to Visit. We have the world tallest coal miner BIG JOHN. The amtrax train stops here in helper.. Half way spot between Moab(ARCHES CANYON) and Salt Lake City..
