Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Vila Murva GP - great sea view, jacuzzi, ebikes

Opustite se s obitelji ili s prijateljima u ovoj renoviranoj i moderno opremljenoj kamenoj kući u Gornjoj Podstrani pokraj Splita. Kuća je renovirana 2022 godine. Uživajte u fantastičnom pogledu na Split, Dalmatinske otoke i Jadransko more. Šetajte se po okolnim brdima ili vozite e-biciklu te se potom opustite u velikom jacuzziju pokraj najstarije kamene kuće u selu. Na jednoj od četiri terase provodite vrijeme čitajući, slušajući ptice, razmišljajući o povijesti koja vas okružuje ili čaši vina.

My beautifull 2 floors Villa with 5 Air Cons (all bedrooms) is located on the best possible location in Split - 5 min away from the most popular Sand Beach Bačvice and 5 min from the Old town of Split. Villa is newly renovated and offers maximum comfort for up to 9 people. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers...Amazing view on city harbour and Adriatic sea will leave you breathless...Supermarket, Restaurants, Casino, Beach, Old town - everything is just minutes away. Welcome to our brand new villa X, which is located on a top of quiet hill that is overlooking nearby town of Split, sea and islands. Villa consist of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds, 4 bathrooms and amazingly big kitchen where you can prepare any meal of your dreams :) We our mostly proud on our terrace with heated pool that is overlooking sea, islands, nearby towns and villages and biggest town in Dalmatia - Split. It is just perfect to explor our town, in front of Diocletian's Palace (everything is easy to reach on foot)beach, port,clubs and restorans all you need is just few minutes. If you have big group could have capacity till 23- extra charge.

This 2018 built luxury house (240 square meters) is situated in quiet neighborhood, 9km from hustle and bustle of Split Center. Surrounding plot boasts with 1000m2 with a 45m2 pool and BBQ facilities.Inside you will find a snooker table followed by 65"(4K)TV connected with our gaming station Playstation4 PRO.
