My Authentic 4* modern and spacious 90 m2 Apt with 4 Air Cons in the middle of Old town is unique place in Split ! East wall of Master bedroom is AUTHENTIC 1700 years old wall of Emperor's Diocletian palace :) 3 bedrooms and large living room can accommodate 11 people. There are 2 Bathrooms with Walk in showers. Newly refurbished and sunny apartment is located in a beautiful classical style 1930’s villa. The apartment boasts a view of the islands surrounding Split and overlooks the unique villa garden you’ll pass through to get to the beach. This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

Apartment is located in quiet and exclusive residential neighborhood Zenta, in a small building on the third, last floor. Building is on the cost line overlooking marina, beaches and surrounding islands. It offers a a big 100 m2 furnished balcony with Jacuzzi Hot tub. It is placed on the fifth (last) floor in the building. 300 meters from the Cathedral of Saint Dominus. Riva harbour is 3 minutes walk from apartment. Bus station is 50 meters away from the apartment.
