With two bedrooms (sleeping up to four people), the cottage has been designed to a high specification and offers guests great comfort and modern conveniences within an environment steeped in history. Within its stunning open plan living space, lovely bedrooms, bath and shower rooms and a gorgeous private courtyard garden, the cottage is the perfect place to holiday and explore Norfolk & Suffolk...or just retreat into.

Excellent unlimited fast broadband. dogs welcome Queenies is a delightful, generous space for 2 guests with a secure garden.

The Little Barn, Topcroft, Artist’s home

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A large modern kitchen and a real woodburner in the large sitting room. A private patio outside with fairy lights at night, a bbq, firepit and private garden at the back of the property.

Self-contained accommodation overlooking the river Waveney with full kitchen, dining and lounge area (including reclining sofa, smart TV and wifi), upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite. The stairs are very steep (see photo). Allocated parking. Bistro table and chairs outside your door, plus a bench right by the water. Additionally, it offers easy access to the town center, making strolls to the heart of Beccles a brief and enjoyable experience. With its location and amenities, the cottage is perfect for those seeking to venture into the picturesque countryside of Suffolk and Norfolk.

“The Elms Shepherds Hut”

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Nearest beach 15min drive. Great location for exploring!

Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. The Cabin is one of two rustic holiday cabins set within a wildlife garden - please see the photos.

The Carter's Loft

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.

'The Pad' at Longacres - Shadingfield

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.
