The house originates from the 20’s and has been recently renovated with respect to tradition. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood in front of the sea, near the piney peninsula of Ermioni and within a walking distance from the village center (taverns, shops, super-markets, nightlife, banks, bakeries). There are several small coves to swim nearby, as every location is within a five minute walking distance from the house. It is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing vacations.

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

Your ideal holiday home if you are looking to relax but also stay in the centre of Spetses! Ample space inside and a tranquil garden outside will ensure rest and relaxation. The port of Dapia is less than five minutes away, where you can enjoy all the life of Spetses go by whilst taking a coffee, dinner or drink. Also take a swim nearby or access the beautiful beaches of Spetses by one of the traditional kaiki boats that depart from Dapia port

Both the veranda and the terrace include a sitting area ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

As it is located in the center of town, you can walk everywhere, to cafes, shops and restaurants.
