Very nice apartment with everything required for a short stay on Spetses ! Perfect location in town and excellent communication with the host. Everything was clean, despite a light smell of fuel or gaz coming from a room with a heating machine that should be kept closed. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this accomodation for a group of 4 or 5 people !

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ όμορφο κι ένιωθες σαν το σπίτι σου. Σε αυτό βέβαια βοήθησε και η Αγγελική η οποία σε ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να απαντήσει κι να βοηθήσει. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο κι παρείχε όλες τις υπηρεσίες που αναγράφονται. Κοντά σε πολλές παραλίες είτε με τα πόδια είτε με αυτοκίνητο, σε μαγαζιά , εστιατόρια , σουπερμάρκετ , φούρνους . Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε !

Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich - man ist für sich, es gibt verschiedene Stellen zum Sitzen und Liegen, sehr klasse die Aussendusche - hier kann man hervorragend draußen leben. Eine kleine, schöne Bucht ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist wunderbar ruhig hier. Im Haus hat man alles, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό , η τοποθεσια εξαιρετική και όμορφη . Αν θα έπρεπε να βρω ένα μειονέκτημα , θα έλεγα την κατάσταση των δρόμων στην περιοχή , αλλά αυτό αφορά ολόκληρη την Αργολίδα και όχι φυσικά τον ιδιοκτήτη . Έχει ωραία θέα , είναι καθαρό και όμορφο και μεγάλο συν η ύπαρξη barbecue αν έχετε ταλέντο στο ψήσιμο .

Beautiful place to stay overlooking a private beach, with an exquisite outside seating/backyard. The place is mostly ideal for summer vacation. The apartment is impeccably clean with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The only drawback is the proximity from groceries/bakeries, but that would not prevent me from selecting the place for any future visit to the area.

Η τοποθεσία είναι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα με υπεροχη θέα. Το ντεκόρ είναι λίγο παρωχημένο και το μπάνιο θα ήθελε μια ανακαίνιση, αλλά όλα ήταν λειτουργικα και πεντακάθαρα.

Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία αισθανθήκαμε σαν το σπίτι μας, η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ καλή, ευγενική και επικοινωνιακή. Συμαντικό πως λειτουργούσε ορθά και αθόρυβα το air condition πράγμα σημαντικό κάθως είμασταν εκεί μέρες με καύσωνα. Η επίπλωση ήταν κομψή και με γούστο.

Panos is a fantastic host, from the fresh figs and delicious orange cake waiting in the fridge for us on our arrival, to organising a local lady to come and do some cooking for us ( a great way to taste really delicious Greek food) to being on the phone when our car broke down and acting as a translator plus lots more. The villa is a real get away from it all location and just 8 mins drive from the local buzz of the local town. It was so good that we just didn’t want to leave. The views are fantastic and better than the photos in real life. There is lots to do around and about ,lovely little beaches, great restaurants and the boat taxi to Spetse is close by as well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

George's house is really beautiful, inside and out. The nice thing is that this is not some shell of a villa, but clearly someone's home. The setting is spectacular, if a little remote. But we like remote! What really made the difference was George our host and Sophie, his cleaner. Both were super helpful when I had to unexpectedly go into hospital, with George even going so far as to offer to travel the 1.5 hour journey to the Hospital to talk to the doctors on our behalf! In the end, this was not necessary but it was good to know that we had that option if needed. Despite the hospital stay, we had a lovely stay in a lovely setting. And the proximity to Spetses and Hydra is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

I loved my stay in Spetses with Ευγενία. I don’t think I’ve met a kinder host in a long time! I decided to travel to Spetses off-season in Winter, which meant that a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops were going to be closed. But Ευγενία went out of her way to make sure I had a great time. We spent time together walking the island, she offered bicycle tours, she was a great guide with a lot of historical knowledge about the island and its inhabitants.. and she even pointed out the island’s best restaurants! I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with my host was great (she responds in only a few minutes), her place was clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen, great TV, board games and very comfortable large bed! I would definitely stay again (especially in the summer months).

This house is more spectacular than the photos! The infinity pool overlooking the sea is beyond compare! In addition to spending every moment in the pool, the walk down to the private lagoon is fantastic. The beach is not sand; it is small round stones but there is an umbrella and lounge chairs there for your use (bring water shoes to walk on small stones). The third most amazing location is the outdoor eating area with a full kitchen - stovetop, oven, fridges, dishwasher - so easy for preparing meals for a large number of guests. We called it "The Temple of Zeus" because it was so grand. Now, onto the house, the house is beautiful! Two bedrooms and one bath on first floor with kitchen, 2nd floor has two bedrooms and a loft (our kids slept in loft) and large family room. Loft area has it's own private bathroom (no shower). Last bedroom (6th) is separate from the house and is located in the billiard room (has pool table) and a full bath with shower. This house is A+.

Christos was a wonderful host he met us as we got close to the home so we could follow him and he showed us around the property. It looks just like the pictures. The views are spectacular and having pool is nice to come back to. It felt very safe. It’s close about 8 min drive to the center of town supermarket, gas station, restaurants, port.

La maison correspond en tout point à sa description. L’extérieur est très agréable et bien entretenu. La piscine à débordement surplombe la baie à 180 degrés. Le coin repas / bbq est spacieux et couvert, ce qui permet de s’abriter du soleil. La qualité de service est impeccable : draps et serviette très propres. Communication très fluide avec notre hôte qui s’est toujours montré très réactif.

Most recommended! A beautiful villa with an amazing view, located right on the beach. The shoreline is shared only by a few villas, so it feels very private and peaceful. We stayed for 10 nights—7 adults and 3 children—and had the best vacation! Νεκταρία’s, the host, and Stratos, co-host were wonderful: incredibly kind, helpful, and always one step ahead with recommendations for places to visit and food-shop, even before we asked. They were welcoming, attentive, and available throughout our stay. The villa is perfectly designed for groups, with plenty of shared spaces to spend time together as well as private corners for quiet moments. It’s very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for cooking, grilling, and even making cocktails. We prepared our traditional festive dinner there and didn’t miss a thing. Thank you so much for the perfect family vacation—we can’t wait to come back!

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Ich habe schon viele Air BnBs besucht in meinem Leben aber das hier übertrifft alles. Ich würde tausend Sterne geben wenn ich könnte. Dieser Ort war ein Zuhause. Nikos ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn man Fragen hat. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nur ein paar Anwesen die aber nur zeitweise bewohnt sind. Wer die Privatsphäre, Ruhe und Nähe zur Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Fotos werden dem eigentlichen Anwesen nicht gerecht, in Natur ist das Haus noch tausend mal schöner! Der nächste Strand ist in Laufnähe und es gibt eine Taverne. Ein Fortbewegungsmittel ist unabdingbar um ausreichend Trinkwasser und Nahrung zu transportieren oder zu erreichen. Auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel würde ich nicht setzen. Aber mit dem E-Bike ist man innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten in der Stadt und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten der Gesellschaft. Ich habe mich auch jederzeit sicher gefühlt, ich bin eine alleinreisende Frau.

We loved our time at this apartment, the location is amazing. The front balcony is looks out over the water, and had beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The host was very friendly and kind. Wi-fi was a bit inconsistent, but our host said its due to old infrastructure in the whole town.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο και αντανακλούσε τις φωτογραφίες και την περιγραφή. Ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και αν και ήμασταν πολλά άτομα (8) δεν νιώσαμε "πνιγμένοι". Επίσης, όλα τα δωμάτια και το σαλόνι έχουν πανέμορφη θέα και η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική. Τέλος, οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικοί και άμεσοι στις απαντήσεις του. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το μέρος σε όποιον σκέφτεται να μείνει στο Πόρτο Χέλι.

Location, Location, Location. For us it was all about the location. A short walk to the port, near my family and many restaurants close by. 1 room had a double bed, the other room had 2 singles and there was a sleeper sofa in the front room. The kitchen was fully equipped and the clothes washer was a great help as we travel light.

From the moment we booked this place, it felt like home away from home. We arrived late night, but still Myrsini was there to welcome us - accommodating groceries for us so we'll be able to fetch breakfast the next day. This place is so quite and peaceful, just a minute walk from the beach. Equipped with amenities like hammock in the garden, games for the children, beach equipment, and SUP, you can take directly to the beach. I've never experienced such a home in airbnb in those assence, and together with the warm hospitality you get from Myrsini, this is definitely the next vacation you'll want. One recommended, though - stay at least a week as you won't want to leave this place! Myrsini, you're the best! ❤️

Ωραίος και καθαρος χώρος. Η κ. Σοφία ευγενική και φιλόξενη πολύ! Αν ξαναπάμε Πόρτο Χέλι, θα προτιμήσουμε το ίδιο κατάλυμα.

Θα 'θελα κατ 'αρχην, να αναφερθω, στην Κα Ελενη, λεγοντας οτι ειναι ο ορισμος της ευγένειας, της εξυπηρέτησης και της θετικης αυρας και ενεργειας. Μετα, για το διαμερισμα, τι να πρωτοπει καποιος....!!!! Μια κουζινα, ανετη απο θεμα χωρου, πληρης απο οτι χρειαζεται ενα νοικοκυριο. Εδω υπαρχει και ενας καναπες, ο οποιος γινεται.....διπλό κρεβατι αν χρειαζεται. Τουαλετα πεντακαθαρη, οπως και ο ξεχωριστος χωρος με την μπανιερα και το πλυντηριο ρουχων. Η κρεβατοκαμαρα ανετη και με μιά τεραστια ντουλαπα.Τελευταιο αφησα, σκοπιμως, το απεραντο μπαλκονι, το οποιο σε σχημα Π , γυρω απο το διαμερισμα, εκπληρωνει, τις επιθυμιες και του πιο απαιτητικου επισκεπτη.....!!! Μεγαλο τραπεζι, που καθεσαι και αφηνεις, την ματιά σου, "να ταξιδεψει", με το νερο, της θαλασσας, "που ξετυλιγεται" μπροστα σου. Απολαυση ο πρωινος καφες, "αγκαλια", με την ανατολη, του ήλιου. Το αποβραδο, ενα ποτο, στο ιδιο σημειο, οτι καλυτερο, για να τελειωσει, η ημερα σου. Τα μαγαζια, ολα κυριολεκτικα, διπλα σου. Θα ξαναερθω!!!

An absolutely outstanding location right next to a small beach, if you wake up quite early you can have the beach to yourself! Very comfortable house, all amenities, super clean, comfy beds, very nice outside sitting area. Olya was a great host, always quickly responding and very kind. We ll be happy to come back!
