Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We also share our passive cooling technique during the warmer months with our guests.

Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Watch the sun rise each morning from either our private decks. Explore the lake by canoe or kayak; both available for our guests. Welcome to The Indian Lake House, a 3-floor luxury lakefront home on Indian Lake, centrally located in the Adirondacks. Enjoy the perfect nature getaway with all the comforts of home. High-speed FIOS internet, whole-home standby generator, central air-conditioning, 7-person outdoor hot tub, Sauna, private dock, Tesla wall charger and more. The home sits on a hill 60 feet above lake level providing stunning views year-round. A short walk down the private gravel path brings you to the water.

Indoor Heated Pool in the Adirondacks

Year round indoor pool house that is 2000 square feet located in the lower adirondacks. There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants. Spend the day exploring and then come back to relax in the warmth of your very own private pool, sit by a fire on the patio or start the grill.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a few minutes from Lake Pleasant with its public beach and boat rentals during summer. Endless hiking trails to explore year round. Also minutes from Oak Mountain Ski Resort and 35 minutes to Gore Mountain. Our home is located a few miles from parking areas for the snowmobile trail system as well. It is the ideal area for any one seeking an outdoor adventure, or if you are just looking for a quiet vacation away from it all.

Adirondack mountain retreat sits on a small private lake Winslow Homer.., kayaks cornhole boards included. Near by revolution rail, white water rafting, tubing, stone bridge and caves. ice fishing, hunting, fly fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking trails, gore mountain. Local public beach a 7 min drive. Outdoor Fire pit, wood sold on site. Charcoal grill (Charcoal not provided), outdoor furniture cover porch. board games. NO PETS.

Adirondack summer is just around the corner. Whether you come for the rafting or hiking, swimming or kayaking, you'll find endless outdoor adventure not far from the cabin door. In the evening, enjoy the comfort of the screened room or move outside to the campfire circle, watch the stars come out and listen for a local barred owl. Whatever you choose, you'll take home wonderful memories and enjoy excellent hospitality in the high peaks.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
