Tenuta Macchia li Preti - Pescoluse - Salento

La proprietà si trova a circa due chilometri dalle bellissime spiagge di Pescoluse e dal porto di Torre Vado. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato, è stata ricavata in un'antica liama completamente ristrutturata nel rispetto della sua natura. La camera ha in dotazione un pouf che può ospitare una terza persona. Uscendo all'esterno, subito affiancata alla camera da letto, vi è la cucina con angolo cottura, anch'essa ricavata dell'antica cucina della liama. Vi è un secondo bagno con doccia.

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Only 5km far from famous turist sea-side

La Torretta Antica dimora del 1600

La Torretta è un' antica dimora ubicata nel cuore di Corsano, piccolo ed accogliente borgo distante circa 2 km da Marina di Novaglie. Probabilmente fu edificata nei primi del '500, ma importante testimonianza della sua esistenza è l'epigrafe che riporta l'anno 1714: è affissa sopra l'arco che dà accesso alla corte. "La Torretta" è stata ristrutturata di recente con materiali di pregio e con il fine di ridare luce alla struttura conservandone la memoria.
