You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. GSP Airport-7 miles, Downtown Greenville-15 miles, Downtown Spartanburg-15 miles, Charlotte NC Airport-73 miles Asheville NC- 46 mi (The lake has been lowered for the winter 5 ft -you can still kayak)

The large suite includes the bedroom, living area, kitchenette (fridge/freezer/convection oven), bathroom, and study/eating area. It is newly renovated area on the end of my home with a private entrance. The space is welcoming and inviting...a perfect space to get away from the hustle. Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

This is the most desirable location for exploring the area and a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from the freeway, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Local stores within 2mile radius: Target, Ingles, Walmart, Aldi and many small shops and restaurants. Costco, Sams, shopping Mall and others are all within 15min drive.
