L’appartement était très propre à mon arrivée avec de belles senteurs. Les équipements sont adéquats. Le secteur est calme. Stationnement facile devant le bâtiment. Il faut idéalement être véhiculé pour y accéder. Je recommande

Nous ( mon mari , moi et notre fille de 22 mois) avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alain. Il a été très disponible tout au long de notre séjour, s’assurant régulièrement que tout se passait bien. Il intervenait rapidement en cas de besoin, notamment pour vérifier l’eau et l’électricité, et il a pris en charge la recharge du compteur électrique pendant la majeure partie de notre séjour, ce qui a été très appréciable. Le logement est impeccable : très propre, lumineux et conforme à l’annonce. Le bâtiment et le quartier sont sécurisés, ce qui nous a permis de séjourner en toute sérénité. Le chauffeur et le véhicule qu’il a mis à notre disposition étaient d’excellente qualité, rendant nos déplacements agréables et sans souci. Enfin, l’aide ménagère a fait un travail remarquable. Son passage était toujours visible et nous avons apprécié son efficacité. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et remercions encore Alain pour son accueil et son professionnalisme ! I was very skeptical at first since it was my first time using Airbnb in Cameroon. I wasn’t sure if the facility matched it's description, what the customer service would be, how secure it was, and so forth. However, when I arrived Hakeem's, everything exceeded my expectation. The front desk got all our luggage and thank goodness there was an elevator. I was most impressed about the fact that housekeepers cleaned everyday and linens and towels were changed every other day. The level of general maintenance of the facility was top notch, something which is not very common in Cameroon. Standby Generator and reliable WiFi I am so thankful to all the staff and the care they provided throughout our stay. The Manager (Felicita), our Chef (Severine), the Receptionist (Emmanuel) and the Security guard who went above and beyond to wash our car whenever he could. My hope is that such businesses survive and strive in the long run that’s why I am going to promote this facility any way I can.

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, especially as it was a longer stay that usual for me in one place. We were met upon arrival to the property and were advised throughout our stay that we can contact 24/7 at any hour for assistance. While we did not have to contact Ulrich at any unreasonable hour, every time we had communication it was responded to within a few minutes. We had a few challenges upon arrival, however they were addressed immediately to our satisfaction. There are plenty of moto's to take you around, you literally walk out of the building and they are all around, it was a great way to get back and forth for reasonable distances, other that that we used Yango (UBER in Cameroon) which worked out very well when needed, and it was easy for them to find the place. There is a small store right in front of the unit which was very useful. It was a great stay and I suggest you stay here while in Douala, you will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Located in a great neighborhood, it is very secure and offers all the comfort you need. The three bedrooms are spacious, making it ideal for my family. The WiFi is not only reliable but also very fast, which was a huge plus! Security is top-notch, with a guard present 24/7, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay with peace of mind. The host is responsive and attentive to guests’ needs. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Douala!

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans le logement. Conforme aux photos même s il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine nous avons passé un bon moment. Serge, Maxime , Abraham sont aux petits soins et très réactifs. Le logement est climatisé efficacement et le générateur fonctionne immédiatement en cas de coupure électrique. Le quartier est SAVE et très calme. L aceuil a ete excellent, efficace et chaleureux. Merci
