Our studio condo is located on a beautiful white sand beach in Panama City Beach! Our building, Fountainebleau Terrace, was one of the original and most prestigious hotels built in the area in 1965. It has since been updated with renovations to bring back the charm and beauty of the mid-century modern era and preserving a sense of nostalgia. Relax with the whole family at this cute vacation home a very short distance to the beach and the major attractions that you will love. Peaceful and quiet location yet so close to everything. The kitchen has a gorgeous granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. A washer and dryer is also provided along with all other essentials. Driveway parking is also provided for our guests. The vacation home is located 1 mile from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City

Oasis by the Bay. 10 miles from Panama City Beach

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy your private apartment in our North Bay home. Juliet balconies grace both the sitting room and the bedroom. The sitting room boasts two recliner chairs and a tv. Hidden in an armoire, kitchen amenities provide convenience. The sitting room balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. 17 stairs must be climbed to access the listing. The apartment is on the street side of our home and I will probably be in residence during your stay.

This is a studio with a kitchenette that houses a mini fridge, microwave oven, toaster and a mixer if you opt for a home made margarita. Please check out our other 1BR and 2BR listings as well. Building is situated across the street from Sharky's. Property is beach front but not on the beach.

This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.
