It is bright and spacious and it has a private entrance, and a parking space. There is a small kitchenette with cooking basics, a separate full bathroom, and a king size bed. It is nested in very convenient location, close to everything. It is located a few miles from downtown Sarasota as well as 5-6 miles from Siesta Key and Turtle Beach.

This comfortable, clean, and private studio apartment is the perfect spot to relax- whether you're here on business or you've spent the whole day on the beach! Recently remodeled with a dining table to take your meals, hot water, a comfortable bed, and well equipped kitchenette, you will be lacking nothing here. This apartment is a guest suite attached to the main living area of the home and is completely private, however there is a resident who lives in the main part of the home.

City Garden Cottage

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees with a Hot Tub. Inside, you will find a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. There is also shared use a gas grill, fire pit and Hot Tub included with the rental.
